As a business, how can Voxworks improve my profitability ?

Can Voxworks be used as my CRM?

No, Voxworks is designed to work alongside your main CRM to enhance the AI capabilities of your existing tech stack. We are focused on delivering the best possible AI voice experience. Our UI is designed to integrate with your CRM so that our bots are informed with enough context of your campaigns to have intelligent conversations with prospects.

Can I create my own AI voice agents in Voxworks?

Yes, however Voxworks provides all call scripts as templates based on typical conversation patterns and workflows. Voxworks' handles the complexity for deploying AI voice in a professional setting. We design each bot with proprietary AI prompting techniques that are specific to the industry, the underlying AI model used and then subject to extensive use case testing. Whilst it is possible for users to create their own underlying AI agents, our premium tier offers a custom AI agent design service where we work with your team to design a custom template unique to your company's requirements.

Does AI voice actually work in practice?

Our users are surprised when they first hear the quality and intelligence of our bots. AI voice technology has evolved significantly in the last 12 months to the point where it is now deployable in a commercial setting and nearly indistinguishable from human operators. In the near future, nearly all B2C communications will be handled by AI so that it will not feel out of place and may even be preferred.

Do you tell people on the call that it's AI?

We recommend for most calls that AI disclosure is only required if the recipient requests it. We generally find that most people are happy to have AI voice calls and do not object to talking with our systems. However, we have a strict policy against passing off our AI systems as human in a misleading manner.

Do you record phone calls?

Our platform has the ability to record calls in both audio and transcript format. It is therefore required for any calls to obtain consent from the recipient that they are ok with the call being recorded. Where consent is declined, the call is immediately terminated and the recording is deleted.

What makes Voxworks different to other AI voice platforms?

We take an industry-specific approach to designing our AI products, meaning our bots have more context and follow stricter typical conversation pathways, improving conversational intelligence. This means users don't waste time testing prompt settings or tweaking AI model parameters within a complex and one-size-fits-all voice platform. Our ideal is for the user to spend the least possible time interacting with tool settings.

Secondly, whilst AI voice technology is widely available from several offshore platforms, it requires robust prompt engineering to be undertaken by the user, introducing the risk of conversation control (what the AI does and does not say) and safeguards. Our prompts and templates are pre-engineered and tested for use out-of-the-box or with minor customisation if desired.

Perhaps most importantly, Australians have a unique way of doing business. Our AI voice products are designed for the local market. We provide an extensive array of Australian accents and we have optimised our voice engine to provide the best possible call experience within Australia. We train our AI models to recognise Australian accents and jargon, and to interact with local industry vernacular, idioms and customs.

What underlying technology and AI models are used?

We use a mix of the latest technology including both open source and closed source software. Our tech stack is modular in that we can switch to more powerful AI models as they are released and we are constantly optimising to improve our voice services. Our entire tech platform is hosted within an AWS private cloud in Australia.

How will my call data be handled?

Voxworks aligns with ISO 27001, the standard for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to manage sensitive company and customer information.

What is the maximum number of calls I can run at any one time?

There is no technical limit to the number of calls that can be scheduled at any one time. In practice, we use a scheduling queue such that calls may not be completed immediately but will be run within a short timeframe particularly in times of high demand.
