Setup
Connect Calendly in 3 steps
- 01
In Calendly, open Integrations & apps → API & webhooks and create a personal access token, signed in as the user whose event types the agent will book.
- 02
In Voxworks, open Admin → Integrations, click Connect on Calendly and paste the token.
- 03
Ask the Voxworks team to set the event type on your connection, then add the Book Calendar Appointment tool to a script step.
Good to know
- A token can only book event types owned by the Calendly user who created it.
- The event type is set on the connection rather than in the script, and the Voxworks team configures it for you.
