Book appointments into Google Calendar while the caller is still on the line.
Connect a Google account and your voice agent reads free/busy across its calendars, offers open times in conversation and books the slot the caller picks. Bookings go into a dedicated Voxworks calendar in that account, so your existing calendars are never edited.
Reads free/busy across the connected account’s calendars and only offers open times, up to 8 weeks ahead.
Creates the event as soon as the caller confirms a time, with the caller added as an attendee.
Optionally texts the caller a confirmation of the booked time.
The booked time and booking ID are saved with the call, so post-call automations can use them.
How it sounds
The caller never leaves the conversation. Voxworks checks Google Calendar, books the slot and confirms it before they hang up.
Setup
In Voxworks, open Admin → Integrations and click Connect on the Google Calendar card.
Click Authorize, choose your Google account and approve the requested access.
In the script editor, add the Book Calendar Appointment tool to a step and choose how many weeks ahead to offer.
