Setup
Connect Microsoft Bookings in 3 steps
- 01
Open Admin → Integrations, click Connect on Microsoft 365 and sign in with your Microsoft work account.

Connect Microsoft Bookings. If your organisation hasn’t approved Voxworks yet, a Microsoft Entra admin approves it once; the card shows Pending and completes automatically when they do.
- 03
Add the Book Calendar Appointment tool to a script step and pick the Bookings business, service and staff.
Good to know
- Voxworks books through Microsoft Bookings, not directly into Outlook calendars.
- You need at least one Bookings business in your Microsoft 365 organisation.
