What Voxworks does with Claude & AI agents (MCP)

The Voxworks MCP server lets Claude and other MCP clients work inside your account: draft and edit scripts, apply recommendations from real calls, publish when you allow it, and dig into calls, transcripts and batches.

Build scripts

Generate a new voice agent from a description, or edit an existing one.

Improve from real calls

Review recommendations drawn from your calls and apply the ones you approve.

Publish with permission

Edits save as new versions. Going live on your phone lines needs the publish permission.

Investigate calls

Pull calls, transcripts, batches and usage to answer questions about performance.
