Setup
Connect GoHighLevel in 3 steps
- 01
In GoHighLevel, create an API key for the sub-account (location) whose contacts and calendar the agent should use.
- 02
In Voxworks, open Admin → Integrations, click Connect on the Go High Level card and paste the key.
- 03
Set a team default calendar, or enter a calendar ID on each Book Calendar Appointment step.
Good to know
- The caller needs to already exist as a contact in GoHighLevel. Voxworks looks contacts up; it doesn’t create them.
- Different scripts can book into different GHL calendars.
