What Voxworks does with Rex
Connect Rex with your login and Voxworks imports your listings, agents and contacts, so calls have the property and agent context they need. Your voice agent can also book appointments into Rex calendars, attached to the Rex contact.

Setup
Connect Rex in 3 steps
- 01
Open Admin → Integrations, click Connect on Rex and enter your Rex login. Voxworks verifies it and stores it encrypted.
- 02
On the Rex page, choose what to import and run the initial import. Turn on Also sync to contacts to make contacts callable.
- 03
Add the Book Calendar Appointment tool to a script step to book into Rex.
Good to know
- The import is read-only. Voxworks doesn’t write call results back to Rex.
- Voxworks renews the Rex session automatically, so there’s nothing to rotate.
